
VentureLab
The
Institute for Technology Innovation provides support for researchers on
campus in the commercialization of their innovations. VentureLab
is a Kauffman funded program designed to facilitate the process of
taking a technology based idea from research lab to market.
Projects can span a wide range of activities including, but not
limited to, the following:
- Product development
- Identifying target markets
- Designing marketing strategies
- Establishing revenue models
- Pursuing outside financing through banks or individual investors
- and many others.
