VentureLab

The Institute for Technology Innovation provides support for researchers on campus in the commercialization of their innovations.  VentureLab is a Kauffman funded program designed to facilitate the process of taking a technology based idea from research lab to market.  Projects can span a wide range of activities including, but not limited to, the following:  

  • Product development
  • Identifying target markets
  • Designing marketing strategies
  • Establishing revenue models
  • Pursuing outside financing through banks or individual investors
  • and many others.

  • Possible matching funds through April 2008
  • Developing real-world applications for your research and ideas
