Entrepreneurship and the Law
The
only thing that we can count on with technology is that it will
constantly change. In some cases, governments try to stay ahead
of the curve by enacting regulations that govern how technology can be
used. In other cases, a laissez-faire strategy or a lack of
awareness of the implications of new technology leaves law makers far
behind. In this series of case studies, ITI is developing cases
that can be used as teaching tools and to identify entrepreneurial
opportunities from new legal developments and/or loopholes in existing
laws related to technology. A grant from the Kauffman Foundation
has provided funding for the development of the first cases in this
series:
Coming soon, there will be cases on:
- Net Neutrality
- Tying and bundling products and services to exclude competition
